TERMS OF SERVICE
Article 1 – Purpose
These Terms govern photography services provided by Gaëlle Boissavi.
Article 2 – Booking
A booking is confirmed upon:
Signed contract or quotation
Deposit payment of 30 %
Article 3 – Prices
Prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT at the applicable rate.Prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT at the applicable rate.
Article 4 – Payment
The remaining balance is due on the day of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payment penalties may apply under French Commercial Law.
A fixed recovery fee of €40 may apply.
Article 5 – Cancellation
In case of cancellation by the client, the deposit remains non-refundable.
In cases of force majeure, the service may be rescheduled.
Article 6 – Delivery
Images are delivered digitally via a private gallery within 2 to 6 weeks.
Article 7 – Copyright
The Company retains full copyright ownership.
Clients are granted personal, non-commercial usage rights only.
Commercial use requires prior written authorization.
Article 8 – Image Rights
The client authorizes / does not authorize the use of images for promotional purposes.
